Is it possible he steps down?

I hate to beat HC Erstad up after 1 bad season, but this season is REALLY bad. Anyone think that there is a chance he may just walk away and be done with it all? I don't see Moos giving him the axe but something in that program needs to change. They are just bad all the way around right now.
