Is Elkhorn Western Nebraska or Iowa?

Do we need to worry about Moses Bryant? Even though close proximity to Omaha, Iowa; Elkhorn has been very good to the Huskers in the past and it should still be considered Elkhorn, NE and not Elkhorn, IA. I know technically it was annexed by Omaha, IA but that move was highly resisted by the great folks of Western Nebraska.

It is also a Class B school and not apart of the Metro Conference where coaches cry about NU not treating their kids fairly and in the other breathe push them to out of state schools.

Any thoughts @jw.3 ?
