Is David Duval the most talented golfer who did the least with that talent?

I would nominate him or John Daly. Duval had some serious back issues IIRC but at his apex, he was singularly dominant in a way that only Tiger was. They didn't square off often, but Duval had a stretch of golf that to this day other tour players cannot match.
