That’s crazy man, how many big ten championships has KKKirk even won and he end up with most wins in big ten ?
What he was bawling about was that Mizzou didn't shit the bed, implode, and hand them the game on a silver platter.
They never beat anyone that doesn't do those things.

That is their MO. They rely on teams to screw up to win but when that doesn’t happen, their MO is a fail.
While having over double the amount of conference losses compared to Hayes.
He is one win away from tying Woody but he is number 1 by far in most losses.

Can’t wait till Krusty Kurt Kicks off his retirement. Sure it’s possible they’ll hire/appoint a decent coach but my money is on them fallowing Wisconsin’s lead. 10% chance they hire a coach that can replicate Kurt’s mediocrity.

Neither of those will happen and neither will guarantee success. They’ll have to overpay to get Beliema away from Illinois and Stoops hasn’t coached D1 football in over 10 years.

I know I said on another post (about Wisconsin) that I usually root for conference foes in non conference games. Just not this one, misery gave me a scare early though
Vast majority of Nebraska fans were hoping for/predicting 7-8 wins before the season while the vast majority of Iowa fans were hoping for/predicting Iowa to the CFP before the season.
For me, watching Iowa football fail and Iowa fans wallow in disappointment is a close second to watching/wanting the Huskers to be successful. Iowa fans hate that the vast majority of Nebraska fans have watched Nebraska football succeed at the highest level for multiple years while playing in superior conferences (big8/12). Watching Iowa lose to a former big8/big12 North school, two in fact if you include ISU, this season was very satisfying.

This. With all their seniors coming back they claimed it would be a 10-2 or bust type year.
They will still have some old OL return for next year, but overall this program is trending downward. Their QBs have been ass, DBs burnt a lot this year as well. It's nice seeing it a cyclone state.
Iowas success relies on ducking tough opponents and hoping the other team hands them a win. They may have their toughest schedule in 40 years next season. Will Nebraska stop handing them the game?
Herky buddy told me after showing me their schedule we’ll be favored in all our games but Ohio St.. Didn’t think McNamara was going to last the season and he didn’t.. They were loaded on defense with returning seniors which was the reason for the optimism.
Ferentz majority of time when you least expect it will pull a terrific season when they have great expectations they never live up to it.
Poor Hawkeye realizing that beating Nebraska in 2024 won't get you laid like it did for his father in 1990. To be fair Iowa does have a Heisman Trophy replica on Her shelf. Niles Kinnick (Omaha, NE).
