I have an honest question for anyone who knows more than myself, im not trying to be a smart ass but seriously. Looking at his offer list and others that have committed to Nebraska with similar impressive lists what are they selling over there to get a kid to commit over USC, UCLA, Oregon? its not like they are winning at an abundant rate or sending a lot of skill players to the NFL. Hell whens the last time they had a great throwing qb?
^ Me too. Yes they have history, but they haven't been anything but an above average program for decades.
^^ The ties Mike Riley has with the West Coast and skill players he has sent pre Nebraska as well as the WR coach have helped them recruit
^ The WR coach has more DUIs than he has recruited 4* WRs

Well we got commits from solid OT and RB prospects this weekend so forgive me if I'm uninterested in the fact that you may be getting another WR to try and play cornerback when your QB throws picks all day. Is Tommy Armstrong still your QB? I forget. Is there an eloquent way to say 'eat a dick'.....? That salty enough for ya...? Troll.

That has got to be 4-6 4* WR in the last year what are they selling?
The only thing I can think of is the Lincoln PD must be even better at looking the other way than the Ames guys, I know there was a lot of shady recruiting, payments etc. etc back in the late 70's but that was the three yards and a cloud of dust era.
A combination of Benefits that no pac-10 school is can match: cash, free booze, and a local PD that has your back

Mike Riley and his ties to the west coast. Also, some of those kids have lived on that side of the country their entire lives. Nebraska is something different to see. How many times do you hear recruits that come to Iowa City say "I thought it was just corn fields". Lincoln can't be that much different.
Lincoln has a population of about 250,000. If you added the populations of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids together you're still short of that. Also, Riley is trying to change the offense. Armstrong was too Schizophrenic when passing the ball. I hear their QB transfer from Tulane isn't too bad.
