Coming into the season, everyone said our main concerns were; could we get any kind of pass rush from our DE's, will our O-line be able to hold up, can we remain healthy at key positions and would Tommy be a better QB heading into his senior year.

I think the answer to all of the above is a resounding no. In all fairness to Tommy, I think prior to his injuries, he was having his best year. The O-line, O-line depth and lack of pass rush were definitely our Achilles heels all season.

Most of us all predicted 8 to 9 wins. I get it, it's not the 4 losses, it's the way we got 3 of those losses including getting prison raped by OSU and Iowa who by the way, has beat us 3 out of the last 4 which for some reason, is the one stat that really sticks in my craw.

When I think of this season, there are really only two things and one question that stick out to me; Bo and his minions REALLY screwed the pooch in recruiting, we are really small and lack any physicality in the trenches and finally player development.

I think the jury is still out on whether or not our coaches are getting the most out of the talent on our roster. Seems to me we have ALOT of dead weight scholarship linemen riding the pine while we continue trot out walk-on's.

Although we folded down the stretch, I think we all must look at why we folded instead of focusing on how. I for one and I mean no disrespect, am REALLY glad to be cleansing the roster of the last of Bo's players. There was definitely a disconnect in the locker room due to Bo's lasting influence on some of his players.

Finally, it simply is not fair to blame our late season failures solely on the coaching staff. I'm not really sure how anyone logically could.
