So I had planned, with a friend of mine, a big driveway tailgate party. We couldn't make it to the Fresno State game (we live in Des Moines), so we decided to have 7-8 guys over to "tailgate" in the driveway on 9/3, fully utilizing our tailgate equipment (generator, big screen, tailgater dish, bags, grills, smokers, etc.) Planned on watching LSU/Wisky first then the NU game.
So after getting every thing finalized, I forgot to check my calendar, and made the mistake of buying tickets to a Royals game, as well as booking a non-refundable hotel in KC (went non-refundable so I could save $12) My friends now hate me.
So please everyone, pile on. Tell me how big of a loser I am.
