I called my shot several weeks ago that Scott would be retained. Considering how frustrated everyone is, this isn't a bad scenario. Scott's on a short leash and the money and timing are perfect, from a business sense. You give him another year and the next guy will have a clear message. We will give you the time to fix it. Not to mention saving 12.5 million on a buyout.
