And you should include the Damar Hamlin game where the Bills were about to get their ass kicked in Cincinnati. The NFL didn’t have them make up the game and created ridiculous tie breaking scenarios for the playoffs that could only benefit the Bills. Bengals ended up 1 game behind the Bills in the standings. Had they played that game and the Bengals won they would have been tied and the playoff game would have been played in Cincinnati. Instead no make up and game was played in Buffalo where the Bengals beat their ass anyway.

for me one camera angle looked like he made it and the other opposite camera angle looked like he was clearly short. personally think blandino is paid to stir up controversy and interest. just like Nebraska, teams need to make damm sure on the field what needs to be called and sometimes that isn't enough. it's part of what makes the game interesting.
That play doesn’t get examined enough. Buffalo could have challenged the spot but instead were in a rush to get to the line for the 4th down play. Perhaps they didn’t want to give KC a chance to substitute - I’m not sure. Maybe they didn’t want to risk losing the challenge, since they had already lost one in the 1st half. Maybe someone in the booth told them not to bother.

And the Xaviar Worthy reception at the two yard line should have been ruled as an incomplete pass not as a catch. Neither the DB or the receiver had possession of the ball. And upon review, the ball clearly touched the ground. How the refs could have fvcked that up is beyond me. And I'm a K.C. fan!

This one really shouldn’t have generated the controversy that it did. The ball CAN touch the ground and still be ruled a catch. It did not appear that the ball moved at all when it touched the ground, which led to the reasonable conclusion to uphold the call on the field.
I, too, wanted to see that one overturned. That would have given the Chiefs a first down at the Buffalo 23 with 2:48 to go in the half. KC would have had more opportunity to bleed the clock out and have either a 7 or 11 point halftime lead. Instead, KC scored pretty quickly from inside the 5. Buffalo has almost 2 full minutes and 2 timeouts. They scored and got within 5 - so they actually benefited from that turn of events.
Side note: I’ve seen KC fans claim Buffalo should have been called for a false start on that TD, along with OPI - 😎
We Cowboys have to stick together, so I love Josh Allen but 3:33 to go, with the ball, 3 timeouts and down 3….you have to score there. The game was right there, all Buffalo had to do was reach out and take it and they couldn’t get it done.

I think he made it. I also know from experience that plays like that are really hard to spot and I think an explanation (edit: from the crew) might help all the people whining about "two different spots." I suspect it went something like this:
Top of screen official: "It was on the other side of the pile and I couldn't really see well. Based on how far the line moved, I'm guessing he got right about here, but that's just a guess" (Remember, our camera angle from that side is higher than the line judge's POV - I don't think he could actually see the ball).
Bottom of screen official: "He was on my side, but facing away so I couldn't see the ball. Based on his body position, I think the ball was right about here."
Top of screen guy again: "Ok, I think you had a better look than I did. Your spot."
Spotting the ball is harder than you might think. I know there are challenges doing it with tech (compared to something like Tennis where there's a lot clearer sight lines) but it would be good to find a solution beyond officials making their best guess at something they couldn't really see.

It mattered. If they convert the 4th down they can potentially make it a 2 score game. At least a TD and who knows how much time is left on the clock at that point.
They did still have an opportunity to win and Buffalo choked and got massively outcoached on the final drive.
