Her business is no longer and A LOT of people have been screwed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Some or all employees were sent home today with bounced payrolls. She has refunded some customers, but the checks have bounced. She has promised others a refund, without following through.
If you bought any Southwest Airlines vouchers through her company, you're screwed, they're no longer. From the sounds of it, it's possible she was running a Travel Agent ponzi scheme.
I have many friends impacted by this and they're not going quietly. Thankfully I hadn't bought my vouchers for the Miami game weekend but I'm sick knowing how many (damn good) people have been screwed. Don Kline has been contacted, if you're suppose to have vouchers through her company, and want to be a part of the group legally going after her, email me and I'll pass your info off to the group.
