If comparative scores are any indication. . . .

Strange year in the PAC-12. WSU taking it to Stanford at halftime. Gary Anderson suddenly running the offense people apparently wanted him to run at Wisconsin, and leading Cal late.

We have holes. It's no surprise....TA isn't the best passer, our wr's are very good but we lack a true deep threat IMO, we don't have a great RB that is really capable of being an every down homerun threat back, our Oline tends to be hot and cold, we don't have a great pass rush, our d-ends are pedestrian, we struggle to hold the edge and contain on defense, our LB's occasionally forget how to use pursuit angles, and it seems like our secondary forgets to cover someone or lets a WR get behind them a few times per game....that said, we're 5-0 and until all of our imperfections add up to a loss....WEEEEEE!!!!!!! GBR. Just keep winning.

Wow-with all of those problems, we must be darn lucky to be 5-0. I mean we couldn't really be good enough to have earned that 5-0 record, could we? Guess we gotta hope for more of that dang luck the rest of the season because there's no other way a team with that many flaws could keep winning.

Well, apart from Comparative Scores, I think a realistic look at this point suggests that we have good shot at winning the Division, but very little chance of winning the Conference Championship. Followed by some good bowl game.

This should be a tough but winnable game. Maybe it comes down to the final few minutes, it more than likely will be a 3 to 7 point type of contest, hopefully Nebraska comes out on top.

So to summarize:
  1. Not a great passer at QB - TA is #3 in the Big 10 in Pass efficiency and #1 in Total Offense in the Big 10
  2. Not a deep threat at WR - Alonzo Moore is averaging 25.8 YPC
  3. No great RB or Homerun threat RB - Nebraska is in the Top 4 rushing in the Big 10
  4. A wishy washy O Line - Nebraska is #2 in total offense in the Big 10 and have given up 3 sacks (#1 in Big 10)
  5. Pedestrian at DE - Not a great DE group but Dzuris is 6th in Big 10 in TFL
  6. Inconsistent LBs - I can agree with this but Nebraska is #4 in Total Defense in the Big 10 so they must be playing OK
  7. Secondary that gives up a few big plays a game - Defense is #3 in Big 10 in Pass Defense Efficiency and have 4 guys with 2 INTs, this thought that the secondary is giving up a couple big plays a game is false.
I don't think anybody thinks that Nebraska is at the level of Ohio State or Michigan, but your post suggest a team that is a lot worse than it actually is.

Ohio State game should wake up Huskers to the fact that Indy could beat us at home. You snooze you lose.
