Really? During the Solich era I was at least 9/10 on predicting the calls.

Some people just aren't natural offensive coordinators.

Langs was the assistant I was most excited for when Riley was hired. Coached E Manning, NY Giants, etc....boy what a titanic disappointment he has been and that is saying something on this staff. Guy has been brutal from start to finish.

Agree in theory-part of being a good HC is picking good assistants, if he can't do that by default he is a bad HC- what's laughable is switching from 4-3 to 3-4 (read and react) with the personnel he had- horrible decision.

I didn't mind the Diaco hire as he had some good defenses. But I was hoping they would stick to the 4-3. They basically started over from scratch and when you are not sure how long you will have as a coach, starting over for year 4 isn't the time to do it. Especially when we had nobody fit to run a 3-4.

I agree! I have mentioned before that Langs calls plays as if he’s in the NFL with NFL talent...you see these down and distance calls on Sunday but you have the cream of the crop executing them. At NU you have average to below average talent trying to execute the same plays. Just never made sense to me!
