I went against the grain with most NU fans and never thought Solich and Bo were good hires. I was very sure of it. It wasn’t because I was an anti establishment I just thought better hires were out there for taking.
With Callahan and Riley I wanted them to succeed but I deep down had my doubts very early on but wanted to be more patient than most. I still think they are smart football guys but player culture and or accountability were lacking. No ability to get your players to run through wall. With Bo. Too much toxic culture
With Frost, finally, its no longer just hope and wish. I’m as excited and as confident as I’ve ever been that this staff will finally do what we thought the other 4 could have done if not should have done. That is more division titles a conf title at some point within 5-7 years a playoff appearance at very least.
