I know most assume Riley is gone, but say he does happen to get another year. I would imagine he will make a change or changes on the staff. I would say the popular choice would be Cav and I would imagine a coach or coaches may look for other jobs with more stability. How hard would it be for Riley to get a high respectable quality coach? I would find it hard for a high quality coach leaving wherever they are at knowing that they may just have one year knowing Riley would be on the hot seat.
