I said early into the Frost era, Fred was the better hire. He started off pretty bad but he has since beaten some very good clubs.

Not hard to claim that. One had so much success at a mid level program that the Bills hired him. The other had a two year window in a mid major league with a soft schedule and experienced QB, that story has been told too many times at places much easier to recruit to than Nebraska. Texas, USC, Michigan, Florida, FSU, Texas A&M, Auburn, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma.........

Plus it's so much easier to break through in basketball than football.
