Bellevue West head coach Mike Huffman confirmed to HuskerOnline tonight that 2020 wide receiver Zavier Betts was offered by Nebraska today. He's going to be a great prospect to watch the next two years.
Huffman said he told head coach Mike Riley this past Friday he thought Betts was an early offer guy, then Bob Diaco had a chance to watch the Thunderbirds play Omaha Burke later that night.
"He made a pretty special play in that game and I'm sure that info go back to Coach Riley," Huffman said. "I'm just excited for Zavier. He's going to be a great player."
