TD Tommie Frazier, you were great in your day but I don’t think you were watching the same game as the rest of us 🤷🏼♂️
First off they play sets in order to win a match.
I will leave it at that.

Better not ever post on here againMaybe his goal of starting the most threads in a week will end now. One can only hope.
Well they didn’t win the Match.First off they play sets in order to win a match.

Your argument is harder to make because Penn State was never up 22-16 about to beat Nebraska 3-1. Nebraska had the advantage of having far less plays left to make to win the match and they shut down. They kept it close but it stopped feeling close in the 5th set.I am as frustrated as anyone that Nebraska lost the match but I not going to blame it on lack of focus, effort, or “want to” on Nebraska’s part.
Penn State is an elite program for a reason and they need to be given more credit than blaming the Nebraska staff and players.
Nebraska wasn’t up 22-16 either in the 3rd. They were up 22-16 in the 4th, however…Your argument is harder to make because Penn State was never up 22-16 about to sweep Nebraska 3-0. Watch any sport, whenever a team gives up that kind of massive lead, it’s a total let down every time. You ever watch Nebraska vs Iowa football, TFrazier? Who’s at fault?
I understand this team is miles ahead of football but in this game they folded when it was in the bag. They still had a great season and we would all kill for a Nebraska football season ending in the playoffs.
Good catch, was relying on another poster who said it. Should’ve had it in the 4th.Nebraska wasn’t up 22-16 either in the 3rd. They were up 22-16 in the 4th, however…
You’re such an idiot, they aren’t in our league. I told you don’t underestimate themThis ain't the football team buddy, so don't even compare the 2. The girls are elite every year! We win tonight, we will be the first to ever reach 1500 wins. DONU is the winnest team in Women's VB history.
I would imagine Murray will be getting a lot of hateful social media posts after last night's painful loss. It's well documented she has struggled mental health wise this past year in dealing with comments from last year's title game loss and her personal missteps. I hope for her sake she stays off Tik Tok and other social media for a time.Is Harper Murray going to guarantee 2 National Championships now?
PENN STATE WOOPIN UP ON OLD SKULZ...I'm that confident in what I said, I'll take it if we get beaten which I highly doubt we will.
Thats a cheap shotIs Harper Murray going to guarantee 2 National Championships now?
We (and almost every other team ) wins when we have a dominant hitter. Someone who can take over the game. Who is that?
Agree with all the aboveSnatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
-Beason went missing the last few games of the year. Curious.
-Our freshman libero had at least 4 critical mistakes that I counted, 1 of which was taking a ball from Lexi.
-Too many soft tips over the net-Smash the damn ball.
-couple of sets by Lexi that were too close to the net.
-our block only showed up in set 2.
Oh well, fun watching the girls this year. Wish they could have finished it off.
I would love to start being disappointed when Nebraska football starts losing in the college football playoff semifinals... Shoot, I can't wait to be disappointed after only winning 9 games in a season.Dude. Final Four. I'm disappointed too, but get real.
Systemic. Got it. Probably should flush Cook.Just a brutal, brutal loss. They had a good season but really a bad ending. That's two years in a row. Quite frankly, it's the last 7 years of not closing things out. The floor is a lot higher, but there seems to be something systemic just like football, there's enough years of evidence now.
Yahhhh probably but I think many were thinking it. I realize she was a freshman and said it in the heat of the moment. I'm assuming she didn't come anywhere near saying that this time.Thats a cheap shot
No, he's a good coach. Good coaches lose their touch all the time, though. He looked himself in the mirror and changed once already, he probably needs to do some soul searching again and fix the issues holding back the team from winning championships though.Systemic. Got it. Probably should flush Cook.
You wanna lead the charge?
Yeah Mendelson never came back that I'm aware ofAgree with all the above
People wanna explain how we lost up 2-0?
Pretty simple - Penn St. stopped the 'soft tip' per coach's instructions. Third set is where the agressive approach began to pay off for them - they just swang away.
I also observed Mendleson never saw the court I think after the first or second set. Jordan Hopp was inserted and performed much better in the middle.
We played pretty timid at the point of attack except for Andi.
Great adjustments by Penn St.
Disappointing loss
Fun season nonetheless.
