That was a choke. Really sad, because we had the best team. They didn't play like it tonight. PSU outplayed us.

Nebraska made errors but Penn State forced a lot of those errors as well. A lot of Nebraska fans fail to remember that the opponent deserves credit and it wasn’t just given to them.

Well, they were up 2-0! But they got cocky and let Penn St back in the game. This is the biggest melt down EVER in Nebraska Volleyball!
If the loss to Texas upset the team, this one is going to sting worse because they were in the driver’s seat. Going to be a LONG offseason!

I certainly didn’t see anyone “not trying hard”. Sometimes the other team is better on a given night.
So the opponent is not allowed to make adjustments during the intermission and sets which can make it more difficult for Nebraska to win?

That was a weird match. Some of the ugliest out-of-system play I've seen by the Huskers this season and then a lot of it was a great heavy weight bout.

Nebraska was focused on trying to win the match. PSU presented Nebraska with challenges throughout the match.
Nebraska struggled to finish especially late in the fourth set but I am sure it was due to lack of focus.

Lol it happens all the time. Teams think things are in the bag and yes, they let up. You really saying you’ve never seen this happen? Nebraska was favored live -3000 to win at one point.
Like I said, a monumental let down. Also a great effort from Penn State to come back from the dead. Is that what you’re fishing for? You conveniently forget I’m anointing them the champ winners already? If you weren’t so past your bedtime you’d understand that’s a compliment to our team.
I am as frustrated as anyone that Nebraska lost the match but I not going to blame it on lack of focus, effort, or “want to” on Nebraska’s part.
Penn State is an elite program for a reason and they need to be given more credit than blaming the Nebraska staff and players.

Penn State has the best team. Congrats to the Nittany Lions. They won 3-1 at home and 3-2 at a neutral site.
And I kept saying that anyone that thought Nebraska was going to easily win was mistaken.
