Hoosiers - 21

DR absolutely shows out and our O puts together at least 3 quarters. Defense gives up two long drives for TD’s and Indiana breaks a big one. GBR!!!

31-28 NU. Nebraska goes up big but lets their foot off the gas again, but hold on to the W

I just don't want to hear the crowd noise affected us. That is the one comment that drives me nuts about Rhule especially at small venues. Minnesota, CU and even Indiana aren't loud. If it was Iowa, Penn St or traditionally loud stadiums fine, but enough with crowd noise at these smaller venues that aren't loud.
Yeah that’s a piss poor excuse

I don’t disagree - is this your prediction … that Rhule will complain about the crowd noise? Title edited to reflect score predictions.

Yes. That is my prediction and it could happen if we win or lose. I'm too superstitious to post my prediction anymore. My prediction is their D is not that good and we both score, but also run a decent amount of clock. Our D needs to step up and our safeties can't have a shitty game. Our safeties are my biggest concern. I'll feel a lot better if we have both Tommi and Ceyair out there and maybe Buford can play more to his skillset.

Colorado last year was loud.. I was there, you’re mistaken..

I've been to Colorado multiple times including last year as well and you are mistaken. It doesn't hold a candle to a bunch of other schools we will see. Agree to disagree. I've been to every stadium in the B1G 12, most of the west coast big stadiums and most of the B1G stadiums (Just missing Michigan St and Ohio St which I will go this year) and Colorado is not loud.

So have I.. We’ll agree to disagree..

Autzen stadium holds around 55,000 and was there for true Nebraska game in 2017 and for a small stadium it was tremendously loud.

Husky stadium is the loudest been there twice..

I agree with you. Been to Autzen 10+ times. It's loud as hell and CU is nowhere near that. Husky stadium is loud, but the 2 loudest I have been to that NU has played in are Penn St and A&M. Tennessee is the loudest stadium I've been to. Like you said, agree to disagree. I just don't think Folsom is hostile in comparison to what I've been to.

This is a hard game to predict. NW scored 24, and Maryland scored 28 against IU, and these are two teams to compare for the IU defense. For their offense, I'm not sure they have played against a quality defense...

In the last 2 games, I thought it was up to the defense to carry the game; this week, it is the offense that must carry the game. Satterfield and the QB coach have had two weeks to tweak DR's game and improve the rushing attack. Rushing will be the key to the game. Winning TOP will determine who wins. Make IU one dimiinsional. Then again, if Nash and Robinson (Nicknames I heard this week: Polar Bear and the Vanilla Gorilla) penetrate the O-Line it becomes a moot point.

NU 35
IU 17

Raiola plays his best game to date. Huskers run for 180 throw for 300.
Defense pressures qb and slows down the run. They have not faced a front half as good as Nebraskas.
Huskers win 41-20
We are halfway through the season, and DR does not have a single game with 300 yards. Passed for 3 TDs once, but in half our games has either 0 or 1 TD. The Mahommes comparisons have dropped off.

There is clearly more upside to his game, and we should start seeing it. After a bye seems like a good time to start. If we don’t, its probably due to coaching (WR, OC, OL).

Looks like most on here have us making field goal. That would be SWEET. Especially if it was a game winner.

I'm not sold on the fact that indeana has played anyone yet. They're undefeated and have a ton of confidence and at home. Could be tough environment.

NU 28
I 19

24-10 NU. (yes I know this means we make a field goal) I think IU’s offense will make an impact early. But I think that NU will get pressure on the QB like IU hasn’t seen yet. It’s gonna slow them down.
3 TDs, 3 missed extra points and 3 safeties.

Indiana fans are a whine and cheese. They don't make noise and the stadium is not set up to sustain and reverberate noise. The fans are worse than the blue hairs at Nebraska. Football is something to watch until basketball starts. It's that way in the entire state. There's a reason Notre Dame doesn't stake the claim of being located in Indiana. It's South Bend or Notre Dame - not Indiana.

They scored easily on Maryland, UCLA, and NW. our D is a bit better but has flaws

So I think 30 or so seems likely for them.

Their D isn’t great but not terrible. We are maybe the best they have seen on O.

So 30 or so seems likely for us.

I’ll pray and hope that we take it. Neb 31, IU 30

I like Nebraska to hold Indiana to it's lowest score of the year. Hopefully Nebraska can move the ball well on offense, as Indiana has slowly allowed more yardage as the year has rolled on.

They get a lot of sacks so it'll be interesting to see if we can keep Dylan clean.

They spread you out then run at you, hopefully Nebraska can create some havoc as this is definitely the best defense Indiana has played, and probably the best offense Nebraska has played overall, but maybe more of what Nebraska defends unlike Illinois.

28-21 Nebraska I guess. I could see it going either way. Need to establish a running game to keep them honest.

Indiana - 42
Nebraska - 10

If it weren't for a dropped easy TD and a FG attempt that hit the upright, we'd have lost to Rutgers 17-14. We got lucky. I fear that Indiana will expose the team on Saturday.

If it wasn’t for an overthrown pass to a wide-open receiver and a missed field goal, we would be 6-0. This is a fun game to play…
