It was the game against Syracuse in the Carrier Dome in September of 1984. The venue wasn't that big, but very noisy and we lost.

Yeah me too. Got beat to the punch but that's the only 1 I remember. That Syracuse loss was disgusting. Listened to it on a transistor radio during wedding
In '84 we lost Rozier, Fryer, Gill, Steinkuhler and Raridon.
