So, after the recent baseball game, where the Huskers beat Penn State to win their first Big 10 title, Coaches Mike Riley, and Coach Darin Erstad when leaving north stadium after work, decided to stop at a bar to celebrate with a quick beer before going home for the night. Just a moment after sitting down at the bar and ordering,Coach Riley hit up Erstad with a question he was dying to ask, "Hey Darin, that was just a great team win, but how in the world were you able to beat Penn State by the score of 21-3?"
Coach Erstad looked at Riley with that big glint in his eye that he always gets, and said..."Run the DAMN ball, Coach!"
