I'm absolutely astounded as to how good the kid is. His JUCO film is the equivelent of Suh at Nebraska. Violent.
I know I'm not offering much insight here other than an opinion but I have said "wow" or "damn" 10 times in the first 2 mins of his film.
I'd line this kid up on the end and turn him loose against a hapless OT. Good luck stopping his speed rush around the corner.
If anyone is sick of hearing the name Josey Jewell, you'd better hope we get this kid or it's going to be a repetitive two years against Iowa.
On a side note, Lavonte Davids JUCO season tackle record was just broken by a kid from my old high school. Dominic Cizauskas. LB. Was a Badger commit and WI State HS POY. Kid needed like 25 tackles to break the record with two games left. He amassed 25 in the next game alone. Insane. Lost his scholie after being accused and convicted of sexual assault. He and his ex girlfriend had been trading texts while he was on his recruiting official visit at Madison (she was a year older and a student there). He went to her dorm and they had sex and she accused him of rape. He got convicted in a he said she said case. Went to JUCO and made All American.
Not related to Honas but an interesting side note on an insanely talented football player.
