This was about getting back on track for team goals.
Winning must become one with consistency, bug eater.
Time for the team's first true Away games of the season.
It's Spring Break in California.
You've earned 'a little' fun.
But your competition is waiting for your arrival.
CSU Bakersfield just won Game 3 and the series with UC Riverside.
They will enter Tuesday's game with a 10 and 5 record.
But the Road runners are 3 and 3 in their last 6 games.
This being just a 1 game match up,
Huskers need to take advantage of the opportunity.
Cal Poly started the season slow.
Currently 7 and 12 overall.
But have won 4 of their last 5 games...
and just finished winning their series with Wichita St (lost game 3).
Huskers will play the Mustangs in 4 games...
1 game each Thursday and Friday
with a double header on Saturday.
Remember Cal Poly gave the Wolverines fits last season.
5 total games to play on this Away trip.
But it's California...
I'm sure you'll see 'some' friendly Red in the stands.
Make em, and all of Husker Nation proud!
