Sounds like Holgorsen is holding players and some coaches to a degree accountable with his words.

If that is true, why do we need Rhule? Isn't that his job? I somewhat like Rhule and am on the fence as to whether he can get us "back" but how can after 22 games with MR, DH seems to be the one saying what we all think?

Rhule has a lot of BIG talk. Example "If we die we die". Is that actionable? Is it working? Not yet.

Which is it?
  1. Rhule does hold people accountable but needs a boost. Bringing in DH is his response to help hold coaches accountable (Satt and WR Coach).
  2. Rhule says a lot of cool stuff but his actions are not taking hold. And DH is a desperation ploy.
  3. Rhule is done playing around with players. He brings in DH to take action by ridding us of players that don't cut it. (Coleman)
  4. All of the above.
Hope is dangerous because it makes us see things that are not there. Hope is cruel. Hope makes us think the DH move might just work. Issue is great sports teams or businesses are created from the top down. Sure great players and employees are the lifeblood but success needs great long term leadership.

Maybe DH is the guy that can help MR get this on track but until he does, it's not working in Lincoln with Rhule. I hope this works, I really do.
