Hoiskers 8.5 favorites over Murray St in Hawaii

His offense really came on at the end. Good player, who we definitely could use. Surprised he left.

Against the more athletic teams, we're just going to struggle on D due to lack of athleticism.
Yeah Fred stuck with Lawrence through some tough stretches and seemed really high on him, so I was also surprised he left. Must have just wanted to play closer to home.

Last couple games, FH hasn't been rotating much from the bench, bascially 7-8 guys.

His son has not been much of an asset defensively and is definitely no threat on offense. If you ask me Sam should have less of a role.

Overall, a strong 5-6 guys, would like to see a little more of the bench, Griffiths has had a rough start but would like to see him get a little more playing time and get into more of a rhythm. Maybe he is hurt but I don't think he has played in Hawaii yet.

Griffiths has looked terrible so far, hard to believe he was considered a 5-star recruit/Top 20 recruit in the nation out of high school. Then again, Hunter Sallis didn't look very good his first two years of college either, so hopefully Griffiths will turn it on his last two years. But he's been a big disappointment so far.

His size is an issue.
Most games his intensity and hustle are needed. He gets timely steals and rebounds. He’s not shooting it as well as he can right now in part because he’s been forced to shoot as the shot clock is winding down.

Virtually their whole economy depends on vacationing mainlanders.
That’s what the resorts want you to believe

Fact is native Hawaiians view the world very differently than Americans and the trappings of the material world just aren’t that important to them

Their lives are centered around faith, family and enjoying their paradise

They would have trouble buying groceries without the mainlanders. Fact.

I have friends and family who have been many times. It’s an island. Their economy wouldn’t support their population without tourism.
I'm not arguing that fact. I'm saying it is corrupt as hell and they put Hawaiians first over everything. My company pays for your kids to go to private school because of how shitty they are treated at Hawaiian public schools. If they know you are not on vacation you are guaranteed to have someone try to start shit the majority of the time. We get your point, you are failing to understand ours it seems like.

Yeah after a certain dollar amount to meet your basic needs you actually don’t get any happier with more money.

I plan to test out your theory that more money doesn’t make a person happier. Just bought a handful of MegaMillions lottery tickets for the family. Expecting to be $1.0 billion richer tomorrow morning.
You’ll be the happiest once you win. Then happiness from that event will be fleeting..

So do us all a favor and buy us a national championship
