Living here in Minnesota, I listen to Sports Talk with Sid and Dave on Sunday mornings on 830 WCCO out of the Twin Cities. Sid is Sid Hartman, 80 some years old sports columnist from the Minneapolis Star Tribune. They have Jerry Kill on every Sunday morning during the football season. Kill was really down yesterday. He said Nebraska's OL and DL just man handled them. Said that Collins and Valentine are most likely the two best DT they will see this year. Also said that NU's OL surprised them with their play. Thought they'd be able to get more pressure on the QB. Said no one this season controlled them at the line of scrimmage this season like NU did and that included TCU. He said again that they got OUT COACHED and that NU is a very good team that had been snake bitten and is turning it around. Said their game plan with the short passes worked, but wasn't enough against a team that completely shut down the run game.

At least they don't have to put up with either, "That was a good football team" or "It's all part of the process".

Jerry Kill is liked up here for that reason. I also think Nebraska has been experiencing the same thing with Riley has his staff.
