Here is what I have read about the major problems on offense

Bad offensive line (again)
WR's not getting off the LOS
RB's not breaking long runs
Time management

If you are DH, what do you do to turn the page...

I think Satt was predictable in his play calling, and having a limited number of plays he would run with the sub-packages. This left the OL in a bad way since the defense knew what was coming before the offense made it to the LOS. After the third game, every defense knew what was coming and stayed out of zone coverage since DR stats showed he could not beat man coverage. This could be because the WR's inability to get the LOs, or possibly Satt did not leave an escape hatch for DR to run or throw to. Formations to help get the WRs out clean could have been better utilized. My opinion of having 4 RBs is the same as, "If you use two QBs, you have no QB." The RB's could never get in a groove or sync with the OLine because they never stayed in more than 3 plays. Pick 2 RBs, make them run the full offense, and ride the hot hand. Too many cooks ruin the pot! Time management is horrible, they give you three TO's, use the damn things.

I think there will be an influx of young players on the field the last three weeks, especially the WRs. This should raise the competition and let the cream rise to the top. I think by the time they play in Lincoln next week, there will be little similarities to the Satt offense.

What can DH do in short order to get the offense more productive and less predictable? How much progress will there be between week one and week two under DH? How many RS players see the field the last 3 weeks, especially the WRs?

I'll add another....

----- in-game and halftime offensive adjustments.

It drives me nuts to see us come up with a bubble screen right, have it stuffed, so we briliantly do a bubble screen left. Or a pass to a receiver behind the LOS, have it stuffed, so then our OC calls for a TE pass behind the LOS, stuffed. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING STOP DOING IT!

Counting on Holgerson to change the narrative on in game and halftime adjustments ..

I agree with this except the last part. I doubt we see a radical change of offense in such a short time.
I also think you overestimate our talent. It isn’t just bad schemes. We have shit talent on offense across the board at every position other than QB. And even at QB the talent is raw.

I do not think we have any idea what talent we have on offense. If you watch just the first half of the Colorado game they showed some talent. Actually did not look terrible until late against Ohio State. This is NOT an offense with no talent and I truly believe we may start seeing that again fairly quickly!

I say we have talent but like you mentioned it’s raw needs to be developed, and the two transfers have been very inconsistent at best. The jr high receivers coach is in over his head

So nothing about DR holding the ball too long or not throwing to open receivers?
