The rushing was working the last drive and Langs tries a deep pass to Morgan on 1st down at about the 30. Surprisingly enough it was incomplete, the next 2 plays were typical fashion incomplete and the drive stalls. Prior to that lame call there was great success rushing and NW defense was on it's heels and the Oline was beginning to push the defense back.

There has been 0 rushing TD's the last 4 games...

I don't think he hates rushing the ball. I think he and the entire staff just don't have a clue how to prepare a football team to win games.

Yes, the play calling does leave something to be desired, but the execution is so much worse. On both sides of the ball.

The NFL has been going away from running backs for a few years now so this isn't very surprising...

Langs is just doing what the other NFL teams are doing...

Oh wait, we are not in the NFL and we are nothing like the teams in the NFL! In fact, we are the opposite of an NFL team (aka peewee).

Hmmm... Maybe Langsdorf is trying to show running back recruits that we truly do play a pro-style system and thinks that it will impress a running back recruit enough to commit to Reggie Davis and the Huskers...

Does it ever matter what the D is doing? How about the check off by the QB? Was it a RPO? Did he actually have to throw it deep or were there better options? I don't think it is as clear as everyone would like to make it. Just run that darn ball.

TO by far was the best, these last 3or4 ass clowns that we call play callers is and was an absolute joke. Langsdick doesn't deserve his paycheck for his pathetic play calling, he alone has cost us two games this year with his calls from the booth. it's horrible how he calls plays, it's atrocious to see us try to complete these plays, all around he sucks.

Pretty sure that series, with the chance to win the game, is what sticks out to most husker fans as the biggest mistake of the entire game. If any 1 series could be pointed at, this was it!
