Why do people want to see anything besides something similar to what Wisconsin runs. I do not want to see another gimmick offense in Memorial Stadium they barely work for the people that designed them(Ohio State and Urban Meyer). I just want to see from whomever we hire next an offensive line that imposes their will on defenses in the running game first and the passing game off that. I want a hard nosed angry man to be hired to run the offensive and one for the defensive lines and to stop seeing defenses that do not challenge a team at the LOS. From there figure out what coach you want to have and that coach better be running an offense that believes in the trench game and builds an offense around that.
Why so many of you that call us soft want a gimmick offense like what Frost is running that he learned at Oregon is beyond me. Those offenses act like they do not want a defense and stress it because of the up tempo style that the offense runs. Just find someone that will get back to the basics and build from there.
