Jack Gangwish says he's excited to take on BYU and that we've got some "hard hittin' mother fathers" on this team. Also noted that BYU likely thinks they are coming to Lincoln to leave with a win and he's going to make sure that doesn't happen.
Maliek Collins said that he gets really anxious waiting around for game time.
Said that Gerry and Gangwish were most likely to fire up the team with an emotional speech before the game.
Also Gangwish mentioned that emotion and aggression were key to success, but also remembering that each man has a job to do and not simply looking for the SportsCenter plays/sacks.
I liked hearing the players during the presser this afternoon. Seems like the concern about chemistry or hangover from the previous staff isn't really that noticeable.
