Great news from the Dr.

I have a bad shoulder this year - the juice helps but do the exercises they give you at PT if you want to be able to live with "it ain't torn" but still hurts like a bastard.

Both shoulders, three shots, 2 in one, over the years. As was said, do the PT faithfully and I lift weights which I think has made a world of difference. Lots of stretching as you get older. Light weights cause the old shoulder joints can't take much. Also rubber bands work well. The doc was certain I had a tear in my left one, turned out there were three things wrong and a small tear. Opted for no surgery and PT, best decision I could.have made. That was several years ago. Good luck with it.

I got bad news from the DR the other day. I asked her how to get my BP down and lose some weight. This slut had the nerve to tell me that I actually need to try to lose weight, in order to lose weight.

Well, I'm definitely not going to give up beer and fireball in the morning anytime soon, so I guess I have to give up food for lunch and dinner? I just wish all these so-called experts could be a little more explicit with their directions.
