Our Michigan site just reported they expect Shae Patterson to be ruled eligible per a source close to the situation. Huge news for Nebraska if that's the case, as Breon Dixon should also be cleared.

From some impeccable sources close to the situation ....

It appears Shea Patterson will be ruled immediately eligible after petitioning the NCAA against Ole Miss for the right to avoid sitting out a year.

Those close to it tell us Michigan's representatives, the NCAA and others have been manning the phones for many hours to work this out, and it could be announced as soon as tomorrow.
