NU plays #2 Stanford (who just swept Texas) on Wednesday, followed by #4 Louisville Sunday (who beat Wisconsin).
NU is currently #5. if they survive this week, that'll be because Cook finds his lineup/substitutions and they players step up to make big plays (which we've seen glimpses of in the last 3 matches). personally i think that means finding an offensive role for Taylor Landfair, and setting Andi Jackson as much as humanly possible.
but it's still early in the season, and Coach isn't satisfied with their chemistry yet. and this is why the top volleyball teams play a monster preseason schedule: let the steel sharpen steel.
