I believe that I address that very point with my "she'd be in hot water" comment....but thanks for your parenting advice.
What she chose to do and with who would certainly get addressed. She didn't choose to have someone send that video to her and who knows who else.

Because it sounds off the wall to bring up a video from 3 years ago all on her own. From what I read HE pursued her, when it didn't go well for him, he sent her the video.

No I'm saying the whole notion of Washington having the video on multiple devices was just something you invented out of thin air, for no other reason than you apparently like to hear yourself type. I never accused the girl of making up any story, you lying, insufferable dumbass. Washington did something stupid and illegal and he's going to do a little bit of jail time for it. ME: Hell no. I'm fairly certain Washington sent her the video, and he's being punished for it. I'm not defending what he did, I just don't know why there are people doggedly determined to embellish the story to make it sound worse than it is. He stupidly sent a revenge text to an ex-girlfriend, and the consequences were fairly serious. Maybe the jail time will be a wake-up call, and he will get his life in order.
Just speculating on the multiple phones. I wonder how far that rabbit hole went after all it did take 3 years to get child porn off his phone and only after she reported it. So he had to have the cops tell him TWICE that child porn is a no no. And here you come playing Superman shuele.

Imagine dating a girl and she cheats on you by banging 2 guys on camera, so you obviously break up. Then about a year later, after you get some national attention for performing well on national TV, she sends you messages flirting with you. You then remind her that she cheated on by banging 2 guys on camera and send her the video of it. Girl now feeling bad after getting rejected is convinced by her stepmother to go to the police and claim the video is of her getting raped. Keep in mind that her and both boys got kicked out of school for participating in the video, and she refuses to press charges on the boys, she only wants to get you in trouble.
Now imagine a bunch of people think you're a pedophile because of this and you have to spend 30 days in jail...

You're forgetting that 1) Washington made the choice to hang on to the video, which, by legal definition, is child pornography, 2) Washington made the choice to send it to her, 3) Washington jerked law enforcement around in addressing the situation, and 4) was expelled from a least one school.
Not saying that she's innocent in this.....but he sure as hell isn't, and your last post makes it sound like he's a good kid that got mixed up with a psychotic girl. He's not...and if he hadn't been a Husker player, you'd never think so.

I don't have a problem with Washington's ultimate punishment because his actions were pretty stupid. But yes, the absolute crap people make up about this case is truly mind-boggling.
