Texas governor wants to dictate the terms of Big 12 expansion. He says it's NOT happening unless it includes Houston. Unbelievable arrogance on the part of Texas. President of Texas also comes out and supports Houston. Just .more proof that Texas has NOT learned its lesson yet regarding conference destruction and that the Big 12 should be renamed to be "THE TEXAS CONFERENCE"
