For those not watching the Minnesota game, their RB just fumbled into the end zone and it was recovered near the back of the EZ by TCU. The commentators were concerned about whether it was recovered before going out. It wouldn't make a difference correct? If a player fumbles through the end zone, it's also a touchback.
