To my face she was all in, to everyone else she was undermining our company. She was pressured to leave and did..2 years later we are STILL dealing with the cancer she caused. We had to dismantle that company TWO different times. I thought the staff could be saved, they couldn't be. Things didn't improve until they were ALL gone.
2020 was the first year without any of that staff she managed...during COVID we grew that company by 112% and are profits are up 219%.
MAYBE this is still an issue inside our program.
