Frost to Forida

Besides money, what would be the reasons Scott Frost would turn down a Nebraska offer? Florida's facilities are not the greatest. Florida fans are not any less rabid or hateful than Nebraska fans. I think Lincoln is a nicer city than Gainesville, but I'm a homer. Florida has a lot more top quality talent than the state of Nebraska, but there is a lot more in state competition for that talent. What say you?
