If Frost wants to run the QB as much as he has currently shown, injuries are going to happen.
The rarity of finding a QB that is truly dual threat, requires sifting through more players to find one that can truly do the job.
Given the above, only recruiting 1 QB a year sets the team up for failure.
Given the physical demands that Frost has put on the position, there needs to be 2 to 3 competent QBs that are ready to play during the season. The QBs need to get hit some in practice some to help them get accustomed to it and learn how to hang on to the ball. We should have a quality and ready backup so that a starter that is only 70 or 80% healthy doesn't have to play and has time to heal.
Either the QB run centric offense needs to change or he needs to recruit more QBs, I think that it is ridiculous to only recruit 1 player a year to the most important position on the team and have them get hit more in games than any other skill position player. Sets the whole offense up for failure.
