Friday night lights camp

Im looking for information on this Fridays Friday night lights camp. I heard it's open to the public for people to watch is this true? And if so does anyone know where you can park around the stadium?

Yes it's open to the public. I'm guessing there won't be nearly as many fans as last year so there will be plenty of parking near the stadium.
