I went last night. It was a fun atmosphere. Probably 250 fans were in attendance.

-Really neat to see the kids getting coached by the Husker coaching staff. Even during warm ups and stretching, Mark Philip led the kids and he was very energetic with them.

-The big screens played highlights from all the games last fall.

-They split the kids up in about four groups of 40 to 50 first to run 40 yard dashes, cone drills, and a few other drills. The drills were ran by coaches and also current Huskers.

-Current Huskers that were there were Ryker Fyfe, AJ Bush, Mikale Wilbon, Devine Ozigbo, Tyler Hoppes, Gerald Foster, Keyan Williams, Trey Foster, Nick Gates, Michael Rose-Ivey, Nate Gerry, Josh Kalu, Daishon Neal and Kieron Williams (others were there too, those are just the ones I remember.) 2016 recruits Derrion Grim, Lamar Jackson, Collin Miller, Tony Butler, and DiCaprio Bootle were there as well.

-All the coaches and support staff were there. Mike Riley took photos and talked with fans before the event happened.

-A coach from each of South Dakota State, North Dakota and Wayne State were there to help run drills.

-Rose-Ivey looks great. Slimed down a little but man he's gotten muscular. Nate Gerry is still jacked.

-Keith Williams was very interactive with the kids and you could tell they loved it. It's just a great opportunity for these kids who will probably never play at the D1 level to just get instruction from these guys for one night.

-Jalen Bradley (RB from Bellevue West) and AJ Forbes (2018 OL from Bellevue West) were in attendance.

-It wasn't terribly hot in west stadium haha.

-Mostly what I took from the camp is it's great for those kids to get some work with the Husker coaching staff. It keeps building great relationships with high schools across the state. It was a fun time and would recommend it to other fans to go to the next two.

Great report thanks! I was glad to hear many players helped out. Seems if there was a "buy-in" problem that may be a thing of the past.
Oh for sure. They were all having a great time. (And yes Mark Banker was talking to many of the Husker players.) I know people got freaked out about Greg McMullens comments about never having a conversation with him.

Also John Parella was very talkative as well.
