For the lift weight's guy!! Plus Dvoracek and Raiola

4. Offensive line positions still to be determined
Raiola is still looking for the best five in his room, and said positions aren't decided yet.
"Every guy should be able to play tackle, guard or center," he said.

In regards to the center position, Arizona State transfer Ben Scott is in the running — but he isn't the only one. In fact, Raiola is training his offensive lineman to be able to take over any position
Raiola called the return of Nouredin Nouili — after his suspension last season — as "great for the whole unit," noting that he came to all the meetings.

Likewise, Teddy Prochazka's return after his season-ending injury is also welcome, and the O-lineman has been helping the Huskers even from the bench and, like Nouili, has attended every meeting.

Corey Campbell

>> The players have responded well to Campbell's new ways of doing things. He said the players have been "willing to be coached."
>> Campbell is wanting his players to be "one percent better every day." Attention to detail and effort are huge pillars Campbell is looking for in his weight room.
>> Campbell is a former walk-on football player at Georgia, and he remembers his work in the weight room as a tool that helped him do what many didn't think he could — be a contributor on the team. That's why he's passionate about being a strength and conditioning coach.
>> Campbell said if he doesn't have the buy-in from players, they won't follow or believe in the difficult things he's asking them to do. That's why it's crucial to make relationships with the players.
>> How has the strength and conditioning field changed since he was a player? A ton, Campbell said. The advances that have been made in the field have been great. When he played, he didn't have devices like the Catapult, which tracks how much work the body is putting in.
>> Campbell isn't going to take credit for the idea to have the team work out in the snow, which happened recently. But he was all for the move to do it.
>> Campbell said Matt Hobbs, the Assistant Director of Football Strength & Conditioning, has a great eye for improving player movement and helping injured athletes rehab and get back on the field as soon as they can.
>> Football is a violent game and requires heavy demands, Campbell said. Because of that, Rhule is very interested in athlete recovery and the different ways it's achieved. Campbell said Rhule is always bringing new ideas he sees and hears and asks if it would work for Campbell and his program.
>> Is it easy to find leaders when watching the players go through his workouts? "Leadership is a process," Campbell said. He won't be able to identify who the team's true leaders are until later.

Being a bit of a Dik here, I know that’s not how it was meant to come off, but “he came to all the meetings” doesn’t mean anything to me.
I want to hear he is so pissed after watching from the sidelines last year that he’s gonna rip guys heads off and shit down their neck!

He can't say that. They might piss test him again. ;)

This staff may not win very many games next year and our fan's bubbles will get burst once again. But for now.....this staff is killing the offseason.

First of all, to keep us happy between the doldrums of signing day to spring practice there is this steady drip, drip, drip of PCs like today, podcasts, interviews, tweets, and pump up videos to keep the rabid fans engaged.

Second, the coaches are good speakers and the same themes are echoed over and over and over by all of them (toughness, coaches are family, humbled by the opportunity, relationships, 1% better each day, etc.). I cannot imagine in any way, shape or form Rhule coming out next fall saying his OC needs to have more imagination and that kind of crap.

Third, there is NO QUESTION Rhule is in charge of everything and while the staff is family, you can tell these guys are always aware accountability to the head guy is 24/7 on their minds.

Fourth, while these guys aren't cocky, there is an underlying confidence. A couple losing seasons might change that, but for now they believe in their process.

I noticed Raiola's interview was a lot better today than the sitdown interview he did last month with Coody. I wonder if Rhule sent him to toastmasters?

"You can achieve what you want to achieve if you're willing to put in the work."

You mean to tell me "fake" working out doesn't count? Hmm, who would have thought.

Anyone watching the Raiola press conference starting at the 2ish minute mark going on for several minutes Sipple asks some of the best questions ever. Basically the best was when he asked Donovan how does it help being his second year as OL coach vs his first year.

The Big question is, will Rhule talk about players puking in practice? We all know that puking in practice is a sure sign of success, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Thought I heard TP was not going to participate in spring ball recovering still.
