we need to keep Riley around for at least 4yrs and support him throughout. We don't have to be happy about the losses to sub par teams, but Riley and these players need our support. This is for the national perception of our program if anything. Should he fail to be at least 8-4 in year 4 or 5 then look at letting him go. There is no Power5 coach with a winning program that will come here if Riley isn't given at least 4yrs. Hiring anyone of substance for that matter will be nearly impossible.
