I saw lots of positive things today. We have all talked about the staff change and being thin in certain position areas. But that was a good team we played today. I think if we played them in the third week instead of the opener we would beat them by 10 or more. And BYU will win lots of games this year...The DBs seemed to be the biggest disappointment to me today, but again, with a new staff it will take some time. We didn't have the luxury to break in a new coach with a gimmie win like we have in the past. We may go 7-5 or worse this year (or we may win the rest of them, we don't know right?) but I think his staff will get us competitive again and playing well in big games in the next couple of years. So for someone who always assumes the worst, I'm ok with todays game. If we would have just made one last play...
