Still think he is a good hire and Sarkisian hasn’t proved enough yet that he’s the better decision between the two..

Yep and it almost seems like they are "okay" with the short timers but if you are Herman and you are loaded and have this job, why not just stay, the area is great, there is not a lot of pressure...enjoy it.
