1. Coaches are horrible at the end of game time management. I have seen three years of horrible time management. All three games at the end of the game, I am yelling at the tv screen yelling what the heck are they doing. Arkansas State 14 point lead, we get 5 yards on first down then go to the pass. Oregon and Northern Illinois. I ask myself. Where is the two minute offense when you are down? I am sure you guys have more examples.
2. Turnovers are going to kill us if we keep passing it this much. Face it Mike Riley will never commit to the run. Btw was I the only one yelling at the tv to try a pump fake! Seriously the Northern Illinois cornerbacks were trying to jump everything.
3. We no longer do the small stuff well. We don't block on screen pass as we are driving the field and it goes for an 80 yard touchdown. There are also more examples of this.
4. Offensive line could be the worst pass blocking team in the country. Tommy Armstrong was able to allude the rush covering how bad we were last year.
5. Lack of leadership on the sideline. I just don't see guys talking to each other trying to fix the problems.
I personally like mike riley as a person but not as a coach.
