On the way to church, my friend and his son were involved in head-on collision. My friend is in serious condition with injuries to the left side of his body and trauma to his brain. At this point, it is life-threatening. All the remaining victims are fine with only minor injuries. Please consider lifting up a dear brother in prayer to our heavenly Father. Thanks to all.

Update:
Thanks for all of your concerns and prayers. Unfortunately, he deteriorated overnight and became dependant on a ventilator. His parents arrived from NY this morning. His parents will have to decide whether or not to keep him on the ventilator. The doctors appeared doubtful he would recover. Please keep praying for him and his family.

Sadly, Brad passed away this morning at 245am. He will be missed and mourned. I want to thank all of you Husker brothers and sisters for your heartfelt prayers and concern. I cannot imagine trying to process and deal with death alone in a vacuum. I know we pay to get inside knowledge of our Huskers, but the value is really in the people apart of this board. It takes relationships to support, guide, and bring us through. Even though I have not met any of you when I look into the stands I will give a hearty thank you for your prayers and kind words. I know Brad's family felt the power of your prayers. I trust God has given Brad his reward and his battle is over. He has won the prize and is at rest with Christ. Again thanks for taking time to pray for a face you did not see and hearts you did not feel for Christ was at work through you all. I sincerely, thank you and if it is pressed upon your heart pray for his family.
