It is unlikely a new coach would retain a past staffer unless he either has a past relationship with him or takes time to sit with him (i.e. interview) before making a decision. Since there probably hasn't been an opportunity for the latter I would assume that anyone (on the current staff) who does not have a past relationship with Frost is not in the 90%...they might have a chance to interview to retain their jobs but again I would assume at this point they are not a part of the current staff.I wonder if that implies the two main recruiters of those kids will be retained, or that they’ll like who the new staff is??

He is hiring the equivalent of a department head. While the process might be accelerated by talking on the phone first, he will not make a decision without meeting with him in person first...well, if he does that is your first red flag.Phones are great inventions. People can talk on them for hours
