Is anyone else a little concerned with the Iowa Hawkeye connection between our former and current DCs? Bob Diaco was a Hawkeye and was the worst DC in the modern era of college football. It almost seemed as if he came here to destroy Nebraska football as it was hanging over the edge of a cliff.
Where this brings me in Coach Chin, also another Hawkeye. I hope he isn't here as a plant also (conspiracy theory I know) and here to try to destroy Nebraska football and what HCSF wants to build in bringing Nebraska back to glory.
I think I may just be overthinking it, but having back to back Iowa Hawkeye DCs does give me pause and restless nights.
