Zimmer has too many to mention but his work on the last two Dune films was incredible.

As far as non-original, the Twisters soundtrack from this year had a great collection of quality country.

Good Morning Vietnam had a great soundtrack.

Also really liked the music in The Wonder Boys.

Crazy Heart has some really good original music - most of it by Ryan Bingham, aka the singing ranch hand in Yellowstone.

Until the End of the World is a marathon film by Wim Wenders that not many people saw, but it also has an excellent soundtrack.

Also can't leave out the best band movie ever - The Commitments.
